Steviagem is a jam mix in which you don't have to add sugar. It is easy to prepar and you have to boil it only for 5 minutes. Jams prepared with Steviagem are sweet and you will taste the real taste of fruit.
With Steviagem you can prepare jam at home, replacing sugar with natural sweetener. In fact, in your jams will be only the natural sugar of the fruit you are going to use.
How to make jam with Steviagem:
In a small pan blend 1kg of fruit (after peeling and pitting it if necessary), add Steviagem mix and stir carefully. Warm up the fruit and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. When the jam is ready, pour it in the jars (previously sterilized in hot water), close them and turn upside down for 3 or 4 minutes. It is recommended to let cooling the jam down for at least 6 hours before serving.
Steviagem is a natural sweeteners based mix (erythritol and Stevia), gelling agents and citric acid.
It does not contain allergens and it is suitable for all the member of the family.
