Panna cotta

Do you want to taste a panna potta with a traditional but intense flavour?

You can try Novarese Zuccheri's panna cotta. It is a delicious mix sweetened with cane sugar.

Panna cotta mix is available in a 90g bag: 60g Panna Cotta packet (6 portions) and 30g Caramel packet.

How to make panna cotta:

Pour the Caramel packet in 6 molds or in a single big mold. In a small pan, pour and stir the Panna Cotta packet (60g) with 400ml of milk and 100ml of cream. Bring to boil, keep stirring and cook on a medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour the cream in the molds. Let cool down at least 6 hours before serving.

Ingredients:

Panna Cotta mix: cane sugar, corn sturch, animal gelatine, carrageenan, flavourings, salt

Caramel: glucose syrup, caramelised sugars, caramel (E150b)

It does not contain allergens and it is GMO free. Gluten-free product.

Keep in a cold and dry place.
