Dextrose is obtained from the processing of corn. It is widely used in bakery and confectionary preparations. It is suitable for ice-cream preparation to avoid sugar crystallization and to low freezing point. It has a sweetening power lower than traditional white sugar (70/75%).
It is a 5kg bag with 3 handles: 2 on the top, to easily lift and carry it, and 1 on the bottom, to easily pour the content.
